Checking the installed app session…
Access checks never receive stock. Each receipt still requires separate review and confirmation.
Subscription
Billing verification is not yet available.
Monthly and annual plans offer the same app features. Shopify manages subscription selection and billing; use Check subscription to verify this store’s current entitlement.
Subscription access never overrides inventory permissions or receiving controls.
Settings & help
Store access: Use Check access above to verify the Shopify owner session, necessary inventory permissions, and configured inventory location. Location and permission problems must be corrected by the store owner; this page cannot change Shopify access.
Subscription: Use Check subscription above for the current status. Shopify manages billing and plan selection. A subscription does not authorize inventory receiving.
How to use OpsOh Inventory Lab
- Choose a CSV or XLSX purchase-order file and select Build preview.
- Review exact, missing, ambiguous and invalid product matches. Correct unresolved rows in the source file and build a fresh preview.
- When every row is exact, deliberately select Save confirmed PO once.
- Use Saved purchase orders and Reload history to find the persisted order.
- Receiving inventory is a separate, controlled operation and may be unavailable. A saved PO is not proof that Shopify inventory was updated. If a receipt outcome is uncertain, review its status rather than retrying it.
Support: OpsOh Support. Mention OpsOh Inventory Lab and describe the problem; do not send supplier files or credentials unless explicitly necessary.
Privacy: Purchase-order rows and relevant Shopify product/location references can be stored to preserve confirmed orders and history. Contact OpsOh Support for data requests. Shopify privacy compliance procedures are separate from ordinary purchase-order actions.
